Ah the ups and downs of life! how are we able to switch our moods from one moment to the next. Somedays, waking up is so exciting, while other days it’s hard to get out of bed. Where is that switch that controls the human mood? I know it’s here somewhere? Can anyone help me?

i lost you. Could you please respond once again.Obeeonecanobee, you’re my only hope…
I find it’s especially easy at night for our fears to get the better of us. I like some of the suggestions in the new Esther and Jerry Hicks book, “The Vortex”, about deliberately focusing on something positive on going to bed and upon rising.
It’s so easy for us to be bandied about by life. We do have to make a commitment to be positive. It helps to realize that the planet and everything on it is influenced and affected by our thoughts. We make a positive contribution to our world when we strive to be positive.
I don’t think that means we should ignore unhappy feelings, but I think we have to acknowledge and feel them and then work to move out of them and back into the Light.
